Prem Rawat is an inspirational guru who has millions of followers’ world over.He says that mediation is a powerful tool which can be used for achieving the impossible in life. Although there is nothing called impossible but still sometimes there are lot of things which we feel we can’t achieve in life, but with the right guidance one can actually win over all the weaknesses and can face any situation. Maharaji is a great believer of meditation, who says that mediation is a getaway to an experience and he is presented as a highly able gatekeeper.

According to him, there are four types of mediation techniques which can be adopted by an individual. It sounds little mystical as the names suggested are little strange such as Light, Music, Holy and Nectar. In the modern days, they are conveniently called as one, two, three and four. In the initial sessions, the techniques are more of a mystic and secretive journey which gives the learner a great experience. Are you interested in learning the yogic power? You need to search the internet for the information which the guru displays on his websites and other reliable resources. And if you want to experience it live, attend the sessions of Maharaji. From time to time, many sessions are being arranged world over. People from all flocks of the society become of part of these sessions as they believe in the teachings of Prem Rawat.

As per the Maharaji, yoga should be practiced in a sequential manner; one should not go for short cuts. While doing the yoga, sitting should be continuous and should not last for more than an hour. It should be repeated twice a day as this is considered to be sufficient time for practicing yoga. One more important thing which needs to be considered while practicing yoga is giving equal time and importance to all four yoga techniques. Each technique engages a particular sense such as seeing, hearing, tasting/smelling respectively and each technique isolates a small area of the body. While doing these yoga asana one needs to concentrate on each part, using the sense appropriate for that technique. So, if you want to benefit from these asana take them very seriously. Practice hard and make sure you do it right. Try to see or sense through the physical object of concentration into the world within you – the inner world.

Try the techniques as per the instructions of Prem Rawat and enjoy a healthy living!

Last year, I was attended an address of Words of Prem Rawat who is also known as Maharaji is a founder of Peace Global (WOPG) foundation. This foundation is composed largely of volunteers around the world who have experienced the peace and fulfillment of Prem Rawats message and want to help others do the same.
